Spiny found the answer on dilution. Thanks. Regarding the options, I personally don't have a problem with the options as long as they are performance incentive options instead of give-away options. The risk free interest rate and assumed ("expected") volatility used to price the options are high in my opinion. I don't know what was assumed for the market discount. They are closer to give-away than performance incentive, again IMO. Management has to pay attention to this issue because analyst and institutions certainly do, especially with the small float. Still on the fence as you can tell.

Looks like the chart is turning positive. I think the rotation to small caps will help this stock.
