Hey, Keith. Don't let this cold damp spell get you down. It won't last long and it'll be warm and sunny in a week or so. Tulsa will be in full bloom shortly and that will boost your spirits. Just relax. The majority of us know you're bustin' your buns for our benefit and that you can spoil a deal by jumping the gun with a PR to satisfy those Nervous Nellys. First good sunny day we get, you should take a break and go for a long drive, play golf or something. You know this stuff is going to take some time to get worked out, fussin' ain't going to make it go any faster and you'll be wasting energy trying to speed it up faster than it will go. Do a little solar recharge on your batteries, get out of the office and just let things happen when they are supposed to. You'll feel better, clients will be more cooperative,,,, and we'll all get richer. Take care, George
