Lets discuss the deal...I believe that this is the first phase in WSTLs plan for financing...It is whats needed to be done now until the second phase another deal with FUJ by June....This 20mil allows the company the time to procede in the right direction, but that direction will be depend on if the continual flow of news can keep the stock going higher...If it can this company SHOULD be sold...If it can not, look for FUJ to buy Westell Europe for cash and some type of product arrangement, their by, the final round of financing while shedding the cost of 70 employees oversees...Expect more PR next week could be VOIP or BEL-RADSL-lic, what ever keep in coming...The QTR, possible comments on solid profitablity by end of new year? CPI could become internet play, voice-video conferencing over IP(wahoo)...Of course this is all just my opinion for you W-dogs...
