I agree that money moved sharply out of big cap tech stocks last week. I saw money moving into small cap tech stocks instead. Note this graph of some semi equipment stocks:

For the last week money moved out of AMAT and TER, and into the smaller companies.

The problem is that there is plenty of money in the market and it needs to find a home. The big cap tech stocks have gone about as high as they can right now. CSCO is a great company, but at some point it has to stop going up faster than sales. The fact that the big cap tech stocks are taking a break right now does not imply that the IPO market for internut stocks has somehow been compromised.
