I won't do that for a subscription site (you have to read the whole article). I suspect someone will, though. However, a quick synopsis: Reporter helps friend buy a computer (may have been a notebook). Check out web, find a CPQ model they like. Go to order. Site does not work. Use phone. Told that model is discontinued and perhaps they would like one for $600 more. Reporter mentions some unmentionables and they "find" the computer. It goes downhill from there.
