CCSI - the story contines... The Company also announced that it had raised gross proceeds of $5 million from the private placement of 14% Senior Convertible Debentures due April 15, 2002, the proceeds of which the Company intends to use to support its marketing efforts and obligations under the arrangements with the marketing and distribution partner selected.. Who'd give them money? They lose more than 7M a year on little turnover. However, the share count increased by 2.3M, so they keep on printing shares to come around. I was short last year at roughly the same price but went out in Autumn. Strange season. Along with CCSI and others, also VVUS rose its head. IS
