Service quality should improve at all daytrading firms. As the on-line investing wave continues to grow, new accounts have been easy to acquire. Many on-line investors quickly realized they needed timely information and execution whether daytrading or not. This produced an enormous pool of newcomers for the few firms with the capability to provide speed and access. I thing we are now entering a new era, with over a hundred daytrading" firms around, and new ones joining every week, we can begin to make demands. Demands for lower fees, IPO's, selective MM's, trailing stop losses, and many other features which is creating a more competitive arena. When there was only a few providers, you had to accept almost anything in the way of features, but whenever your paying you should never have to accept rudeness.
