We all know that he read the MTEY 10K, because he posted portions of the text to the thread, so why not ask him why he didn't follow through on his own. not to ask and answer, which is terribly annoying when it comes from lawyers; is it perhaps because he would have then been forced to apologize to all the posters and lurkers on this thread, and heaven forbid to me, when he learned the information was exculpatory? MTEY filed there 10K within the last few weeks. Contained in that 10K is the names of all the players as well as the necessary addresses and perhaps even telephone numbers to contact them. It isn't my obligation to provide this information and to do other people's homework for them; unless you are suggesting it is? I am not looking to start any arguments with Sid, or you, or anyone, but come on now Dan, this really is quite simple. Anyone who wanted to know anything about either of these companies simply has to pick up their phone and call them. Denigrating me for not spoon feeding people is an absurdity that even the most virulent opposers would necessarily have to agree with me on. As it is I provided the thread with the date of the anticpated filing of the 10K from MTEY by checking on when they filed for the year previously. I was as disappointed, if not more, than anyone when I didn't see the name Antaeus in the K, but is that under my control? This is the DCHT thread. It would benefit everyone for the topic to be returned to the prospects for DCH, instead of having page after page devoted to me. I would like to continue to particpate in the thread's discussions, but at what cost? This could all be a lot more productive for all, if the attacks and the attempts at creating the appearance of impropriety would just cease already. Everyone's position is quite clear, and there are dozens of lurkers who email me to tell me that the negative posters concern them and are preventing them from getting more interested. That isn't fair to them or anyone who comes here hoping to garner worthwhile information to help them.
