I don't follow- what does Y2K compliance support and computer software consulting services (frontline) have to do with the printing and publishing of hometown shoppers, internet (Web) development, commercial printing and paper recycling & converting? Many y2k solution co's have been shorted with great success. Victor

Called the company up to get an update on the Frontline and Florida Machinery acquisitions. Both are still progressing, just ironing out little nitpicky details. Auditors are trying to resolve some tax issues on the Frontline deal (fairly difficult deal since CRNC is acquiring Frontline which is acquiring two other companies). On the Florida Machinery deal, since the principal owner is in bankruptcy, all deals/contracts/etc. have to go thru the bankruptcy court for approval, which slows down the process. Both are still on and should be completed shortly. Gator
