Another article in the NY TIMES (Saturday) Business section today about Hoke and the web page fraud. The interesting thing is: there was no refutiation that it wasn't true by PAIR or the Israeli company. What happens to Hoke's case if in two weeks the takeover is announced and actually occurs? Hmmmm?

And where's the "smoking gun" here? Why'd he do it? Is Hoke a disgruntled employee or someone starved for a little attention?

IMHO: the takeover is going to happen.......all Hoke did was push the deal back a month or so.

That's just my opinion.

Larry, Soundview raised their rating on PAIR to BUY from HOLD last week, so
did US Bancorp; they went from NEUTRAL to BUY.
Both upgrades were reported by Reuters & Dow Jones.
I think there were other upgrades as well, but this is all I can confirm for now.
