chuck, do you use them to trade? If so, are you really going top depend on them for your quotes feed? I've tried getting quotes from them in the past, merely as a test on their system. It's not very fast. Further, with their research system, it takes you away from the site. Then you have to re login(very lame). I've mentioned it in emails to them before, and they said they were working on it. Further, in email conversations with someone there(who I won't name), I suggested over six months ago that they do something to notify the customer if they are about to buy a stock that isn't fully marginable. That "is a great idea" was the reply, "and we are working on it and will be added soon" Soon? Hm, that's a very subjective word, don't you think? And how about an option so we don't have to be logged out after 55 minutes of inactivity? I realize a lot of people trade at work, and this may be a good back up, but not everyone is like that, and I for one hate the automatic log out.
