There ya go. I've gotta suspect we'll find that if the 144 is required, so is the form 4- since the actual sale would be, after all, the real point of reporting these things, no? Assuming that, I find it hard to believe that all those folks who filed 144's for DCHT failed to finish the job when they sold. I'll bet we'll see. Let's see.
