On the Photomasks, I'm expecting the trend to be clear by mid-year -- they are coming back. I have MASK gaining 20% to MAR/00, then slightly more than 20%/year thereafter; PLAB with an earnings double to Oct/00, then growing 22%/year thereafter; DPMI earnings up 90% to June/00, and growing 20%/year; CYMI from neg to $.11 by Dec/99, then a jump to $1.00+ by Dec/00 and growth above 35% for the following 5 years; ETEC should have a double in earnings between Jul/99 and Jul/00, then grow above 25%. I'm tracking with the analysts here, as I have no original research. It puts CYMI and ETEC as my primary targets, and I have liked DPMI for a long time, so would go with it.

BTW, I owned Ampex back in 1974, bought it in Oct and Dec at prices between 2 and 3. It was taken over, so I lost track. But I think the symbol was APX back then. Just an odd note...
Cheers
