Dave,

You've touched on one of the very timely features of using TA for short-term trading: it is much less dependent on the NASDAQ execution games going on with auto-fill, basket systems, backing away, reduced quote size, etc and much more dependent on pure price.

Another ex-engineer here using the same things I have for years to day trade.Same things just shorter term.
