Companies in the oil services sector will be the last ones to bounce
back. Patience is needed, but buying ICOC under 1 is like money in
the bank, plus interest.

Not sure if there are any enthusiastic ICOC investors left. I got out around 3. I don't remember the specifics, but after reading into it some more it sounded like management (the Pacholder family) may be the problem. I took a big hit selling it, but it turned out to be the right thing to do. I just looked at the company news and saw that march 5th they had suspended their dividend. Good luck if you are still in there.
