This site lists the BNBN IPO to be the week of 4/26 too.

Though I'm sure NAVR will rise with the IPO, I just traded all my NAVR for BKS. My reasons are that BKS is coming first (we assume) and that it's a better stronger more secure company (definitely) which will attract more traditional investors and institutions. Also, the downside risk is less as if anything should happen it won't crash the way a NAVR might. When you look at NAVR's info their balance sheet shows them with $100,000 in cash. Sure the IPO will raise a lot of money but that gives me a shakey feeling. And how are they making money now? We know how BKS is. And with the AOL alliance we know they can challenge to be #1 on the web worldwide.
