Interesting you should mention that, Michael. It appears Paul Allen/Vulcan Ventures is putting together a vertical portal around GNET, parent of Silicon Investor. Buy infusing 300m and taking a 34.5% ownership in GNET, he has provided Russ Horowitz the kind of cold hard cash necessary to make this portal grow exponentially. Streaming video content would almost assuredly be in their plans; PA/VV already owns Charter cable, a player in the broadband market. So where does narrowcasting fit in? Probably all the portals right now are trying to figure out where all the pieces fit, and narrowcasting is most certainly one of those new pieces. So we are probably already being approached by suitors, only the average JoeStockholder doesn't know about it yet. IPO? Sellout? Acquisition? Deep Pockets partner? Stop me if I'm boring you with the possibilities...

That would also be a reasonable alternative to a TVOW IPO. But one way or the other this group will need big bucks to play this game.
