JGibbs -- the organization I am employed by decides a bonus % (max 8%)determined by performance. That amount goes into your account. Each year 30% is withdrawn. So if you have 3 bad years anthing previouly owned is removed. A horrendous year and a % may be removed from your account. The program was set up for long term performance. Not a nice way to go--- if you voluntarily leave you receive the amount in the account,,, taxes be damned... the point is a bad year equates to no bonus and a terrible year could cause you to lose what was previously earned...
