Signs Letter of Intent for Joint Venture to Acquire Internet Bingo Software DENVER (April 21) BUSINESS WIRE -April 21, 1999--First Entertainment (OTC BB:FTET) announced today the signing of a letter of intent to form a 50/50 joint venture with Global Games Corp., a Nevada corporation (OTC BB:GLOW) to acquire ownership of certain Bingo software.
