Joan, yes, the length of the thread is undoubtedly the problem. On that point I will consider myself deservedly chastised! <VBG> From now on I will document every relevant antecedent post. Why "woman"? Only because I know you are a woman. We have corresponded on various subjects for a year or so and I have come to learn quite a bit about you and have generated an immense and growing admiration for you. There was no slight intended.
