Ian,
The only thing I care to know about on this thread is whether the stock will go up or down, in the opinion of the posters who have done some DD on VNE. I have no time for venomous rhetoric. We all know your position. Back off.

Ian:

Do you know for a fact.. 'Lucatch used VNE to pay his wife $100K for some unspecified service; that some other insider was paid another $100K for some other unspecified services.'?

If you do have 'proof', please post the source of information. I've seen many posting of 'fact' attributed to information a 'knowledgable broker' has shared, and which turned out to be untrue or unsubstantiated. I like to be as informed as possible, but most of your postings are vague generalizations that indicate a strong disbelief with no substance. I'm suspect you're aware of this already?

I've also seen postings of 'fact' where the posting person took the position they couldn't share the information as it would break confidentiality, or uncloak their identity, etc. I've certainly had 'insider tips' that ended up indicating my source was naive or misinformed, machiavelian, or even 'played like a fiddle'.

If you can share the source of information, it's much appreciated. If you're going to use a disclaimer such as I've indicated above, please don't bother replying.
