Sorry I was talking about another poster mentioning that Etrade was enforcing the flipping policy as on PCLN. That is not true at all.

However, I agree with you that it will become an issue at some point. However, when it does for legal reasons I suspect they will say as of "such and such IPO, Etrade members who flip shares WILL (as opposed to MAY) be excluded from future IPO's.

I hope they do that as well, honestly.

i bet ur correct...in the future they prob. will penalize flippers, but they havent yet....ive flipped twice and still received VUSA....but i havent flipped at Wit as its unclear whether they actually do penalize(ive heard differing opinions on the subject though).....damn, wish i would have flipped VUSA too....lol.
