I found another post that indicated 10.4 million shares. BTW I've been in the market since 1968, probably have done more DD than you'll ever do, or been involved in more companies by taking them public, or just investing in them. But you know what, it doesn't matter to me or many others what you think. This one is just a small flyer for me.
