Right, no doubt that GZ is aware of needing NASDAQ. I am sure he has a definite plan of attack to get the NASDAQ listing, and I can't wait. I will email him, thanks for the suggestion.

Next week is going to be a blast.

Go PNLK and cul and gl.

Americo, I'm new to the PNL community, but in regaurd to your suggestion that everyone should E-mail Glenn about NAZ. Don't you want him to focus on the business at hand instead of reading and answering hundreds of messages from investors. I for one want him and his team to concentrate on the business at hand, that is the way to improve shareholder value. Don't waste his time.

Thank you for your questions.

Since ProNetLink did not come on the market through an IPO but through a merger into an existing public company the company raised its funds through an initial private placement. There are many reasons for doing this including a much lower cost. In order to trade on Nasdaq you must meet certain trading requirements including the $ amount and volume of the stock as well as other financial items. ProNetLink is moving towards those requirements every day and has its lawyers and accountants actively seeking this goal.

The Concept of ProNetLink is as strong as the concept of global commerce.
The US alone does almost $1 trillion per year in import and almost an equal amount in export. As smaller businesses start to understand the impact of global trade those numbers have the potential of going up. ProNetLink is in business to facilitate that growth.

ProNetLink has the resources to facilitate the growth of the business.

As of 11/1 there were appox. 42 million shares outstanding with a float of just over 15 million shares. The management of PNL owns over 16 million shares which are restricted.

ProNetLink continues to develop strategic alliances around the world. The company is bringing the best people in the industry on board and continues to look for growth opportunities. The site is currently under development with new features to be released after the new year.

I am not allowed by SEC rules to predict the future but if you do your due diligence on the company and read the past press releases I think you can get an idea where the company is heading.

Thank you for your support. A second investors package has been sent to you.

Sincerely
Glenn Zagoren

Subject: PNLK

Dear Glenn,
My friends and I have several questions about PNLK. I hope you can help us to clear up our thought about our investment. I've dropped my address with the office, but still haven't receive the investment package. Could you please look into that as well. Here is my address again:
Johnny Nguyen

xxxxxxxxxxx, GA 30045

Here is our questions:
1) What is the reason PNLK chooses to go through BB route?
2) The concept is great but do you think there is a demand?
3) Do you have enough resources to execute the business plan?
5) How many outstanding, lockup shares?
6) What do you see in the business as well as the stock in a year from now?

These are questions that my friends as well as my bosses have asked me when I talked with them regarding PNLK. Some of them already PNLK investors. Some of them still hesitate. I agree that we don't need to persuade people to invest, but I feel I should know better about something if I want to talk about it.

Thank you very much Glenn.

Johnny Nguyen.
