These "pot stirrers" are merely trying to get a rise out of people.Unfortunately their are those gullable enough to take the challenge.

BII traded over 12 million shares in the US during the past ten days.

Many US residents are having great difficulty buying in as their brokers are either unaware of availability, or unwilling to transact due to the extra effort required.

Wonder what it will be like when the change occurs?
