mact, it was luck more then anything, and I did not email etrade customer service, I emailed someone high up and made the case. (i.e. that I personally knew two people that got shares that had IOI 1 hour after me, and that in a true round robin system that should not have been possible.) I was not going to mention it at all, but this lawsuit really bothers me. Etrade will work things out if you have a good argument and are willing to take the time needed. They are really not a bad company, frankly I think it is just growing pains causing the problems and those will sort themselves out in time. Good luck to you. Are you in Etoys with Wit you think? I have a Wit account now. Does Wit allocate on a first come first serve basis like Etrade also, or is it more random? --Bob
