xcit, rnwk, athm - @home is acquiring excite in an almost even stock swap...so one share of xcit (which trades at a discount to athm) may be one way to go realnetworks - an enviable installed base in the next-gen video/audio on the web but i think real may need an ibm to take it to the next level...if the broadcasters were smart about the web they would acquire real (why not ge?) real defines the next wave in broadcasting, asynchronous broadcasting
