Larry,

My guess, and only a guess at this time, is that Dawson has already lined up his forthcoming financing. I doubt if it will be a floorless, and I expect it will some kind of public financing. A public financing is dependent upon their announcing a contract of some kind, of course.

I did buy a modest amount of Valence shares again last week. And I expect to purchase some more (1)if there is significant weakness from current levels, ie, below $ 6.00/share, and (2) certainly upon announcement of a contract. I, for one, do not believe that Castle Creek hedged their convert position at all - and I think the 1.45 mm share short position will be quite vulnerable upon a contract announcement. I've eliminated my margin position and would be prepared to "assist" in any kind of a short squeeze by accumulating (and holding) substantially more shares.

But heck, maybe I'll be wrong. Certainly won't be the first time.

BTW, there's some interesting postings over on Yahoo re the Micron GoBook - apparently sales rep and corporate personnel confirmed at least one and perhaps two li-poly batteries in the new version. Could be Valence batteries, perhaps???
