USAB float is only 1.4 million shares, outstanding shares 2.1 million. Based on the closing price of 10 7/8, the current market cap is a mere 22.8 million. On Friday, there were several 5K blocks going through - based on the float that's only 280 5K blocks "available" so to speak. This stock is going to be a monster Monday morning and unfortunately it may not even come in from the open. But what an exciting company with incredible potential...

Thank you! Don't know why I missed that information. Head clogged after reading a zillion hours on stocks this week. I will look for a good entry price on Monday. Only troublesome worry is an overall 20% market correction rumor. I am mostly in cash now..and thank God.. finally in the black. Would be my luck to buy in a couple K of shares and have it head south ONLY because of a sinking Nas. Will be on top of it though and I really like what I read. Question: does USAB have branches anywhere else but in PA? Can you become a customer if you live in Florida? Thanks to all...lucky to have stumbled over this stock in another site today. Best Regards..

Looks like all you can do is buy CD's initially, with the rest to follow. Also looks like a lot of razzle dazzle. Anyone asking how much they're making in the stock market, and when they'll float another round of shares to dilute the current holders value? They admit openly they're trying to offer banking with financial entertainment.
