Kidl: Re. NASD Small Cap Requirements

Kidl, I was referring to the NASD Small Cap requirements, not the National Market. The Small Cap req'ts. state a minimum bid price of $4, and once listed, to remain listed, a minimum $1 bid.

As for the number of shares Harris owns, I stand corrected. I was going on memory, which at this age, is a hazard. Still, he is, according to current records, already one of the largest, perhaps the second largest, shareholders.

My point remains that TAC has valued it's buy-in at $4/shr. The only remaining question is about when that $4 becomes an effective floor. My theory is that the larger players in this stock will assign the $4 floor value essentially as soon as they assure themselves of the Interport deal. The rest of the market may take a while to catch up. Meantime, the bigger players will have made their move. Just IMO. If we accept that line of reasoning, it's likely that the only metric we will have for assessing when they cross the threshold of certainty about the Interport deal, will be accumulation seen in price and volume action.

I believe you are correct in pointing out the likelihood of a major financing not far down the road. You're an expert in these waters - could you expand on the potential significance of institutional participation?
