Glenn

i believe scottrade was 3.5* in their rankings. i have all the paper work here to open an account at brown but am delaying the transfer due to some of my holdings - pair, fore - that i want access to in the immediate future.

i recently opened accounts at both dlj and datek but have tried 3 times to get through to dlj with questions about their marketspeed trading software and hang up after being on hold 15 minutes. datek seems to have a number of problems if you read their thread. amazingly the service at waterhouse has improved in the meantime. a number or people have recommended brownco and,as you saw, it had the highest ranking.

if/when fore goes i will send in the transfer papers to brown.

Hey yaold traveler! We have tons of tulips in bloom just north of me in the Skagit Valley. You can accumulate all you want! Hope all's well your way and you're trading well. Wish you guys would hurry up and close the Fore deal, that stock has had some $ tied up for two years waiting fore action. Kinda wish we would have a good market dump, things are toppy and it's making it harder to read trading patterns and be consistent. Take care.
