I'm sure it would be legal. None of the smart pigs here seem to want to speak of Kathy Mcknights assertion. I guess it can't yet be declared wrong.

I'm pretty darn sure public information can be disseminated here. Here's something from the SEC site.

I apologize to all. I like Alans headline idea. But unfortunately mine was truly not quite cricket. No one knows if any insiders sold DCHT or not, near as I can tell. Still, right now, when compared with the shenanigans going on in some other little bb stocks that have no customers nor ready products, this whole thing seems a little bit like a big nothing, even if they all sold.
