I suspect they are short term momentum players who are either too lazy or too distracted to actually research the company, what it does and where it's going. JMO. Regards and aloha.

Don't you think some very smart money did their research on DELL
when it was priced at $55....and decided to get out ?

DELL has been a fantastic company ! No question about that !
But why is DELL's price dropping...down 30% from it's high, when
that old old DOW is only down 3/10 th of a percent ????

What is going on at DELL ????

TELL ME THAT LAST TIME DELL COULD NOT BEAT THAT OLD DOW JONES

e << I agree with all and agree that Dell is just
getting started as the Millenium approaches. Folks will look back in 2-3 years and kick themselves over and over for not having picked up Dell at this bargain basement price.>>>
Dell is building a facility in Brazil. Here may be one reason...
My #2 Son just back from helping install and configure HP and Dell servers in Sao Paulo Brazil. The trip was postponed for 8 weeks
because the equipment sat in Customs awaiting paperwork for that long. The import duty on the equipment was 80% for the servers (
which brought the final Dell price over $30k instead of the $18k in the States. Import duty on the Dell laptops ( they bought a few of those too) was in the vicinity of 150%.
Assembling computers/servers in Brazil should give Dell a huge advantage in pricing and in time required to fill orders.
