I am almost certain that SDLR needs some stock. I listened in to a conversation with them on Friday - My friend asked whether the stock was a buy, sell, or hold. The SDLR salesman said that due to the internet frenzy and daytrading activity he thought the stock "may" go up on Monday and then right back down. Since SDLR did the secondary and sold to retail clients at a higher price, it is highly unusual for that salesman to say anything negative. I think they oversold their inventory and were looking for shares Friday before Monday's gap.

Just my opinion.
