Paul, TOM does appear to be rebounding; however, I think this has more to do with improved outlook for China, in general, than it does with anything specific happening at TOM. Sure, TOM has some new products in the pipeline, but we've know about that for ages.

Look how TOM is performing compared to a China index:

209.67.221.61

It's a pretty close match.

Now compare it to the TSE 300:

206.146.143.80

Not nearly as close.

Positive trade articles have appeared in Globe and Mail over the last few weeks... China is opening up access to Canadian Companies to its Telecom sector (and others).

Positive feedback from the Fibersmart tests.

A surge in Tech issues on the ASE.

And something new perhaps?

Whatever the reason(s), I like the result.
