<<SMALL CAP INVESTORS SMELL A RALLY>> Or at another level, is this a part, or in tandem with a shift from growth? Large cap GROWTH stocks have been king. Last week, there was a money flow from large cap growth to more value plays (contrast the NAZ 100 to the DOW) small caps value value + growth plays are all over the place. In my semi-clueless opinion, we're seing speculative frenzy when a rotation into mid/small caps is followed by small cap/OTC focus. To my knowledge, that ain't happened yet. IMSCO Scott
