The buy spike with 4 million shares can not be related to options. The open interest in options is orders of magnitude smaller than the trade volume.

With so much of the stock in the hands of institutions, the only explanations I can come up with are:

A buyout rumor with some credibility-I am just surprised that nobody on the boards seems to know about it.

A rumor of closing a large contract. If the q1 shortfall is compensated by greater than expected sales in q2, then the stock is very undervalued.

I wish someone with better connections to the stock would post. I am just a 6000 share holder at about $13.
