The company he was working with was considering doing a deal with them but decided to turn it down. To verify the info please call Gerald Sklar himself at 1-888-533-4555. Many of you have not done so. So, either Sklar is lying or the 15c appears to have fraudulent information. Yes, that's another red flag if you're keeping count. - Jeff

I wonder... Daniel, do you know the meaning of "an arm's length transaction" as it applies to companies and investing? Do you know the implications of this phrase? I'm not picking on you, but it's possible you just unknowingly released some very crucial information on this company's beginnings. BTW FWIW, the OTC-BB does not have any rules (that I know of) that would prevent one company from doing business with a "related" company (if that is indeed the case here). (NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE do have rules and guidelines for this possibility.) KJC
