I tried AOL three years ago for about a month before I cancelled. They probably still count me as a subscriber. This is similiar to Amazons method of once a customer, always a customer (just try to get yourself deleted from Amazons customer list!)

Are you saying that AOL is adding 1MM subscribers a month? At $30/mo for mo fee (is 30 the right #?), that would be projected revenue of $360M for new subscribers alone. Projected out 2 1/2 years, thats 1Billion generated by new subscribers!
