Kussava/Program trading.

I spoke to my broker at Merrill Lynch late Friday afternoon and he told me that program trading is what caused this massive price decline. Most institutions put their holdings on a trading program where certain price targets automatically trigger a sale when hit. When a stock like SERO, or any other for that matter, starts to fall because of an earnings warning, the decline is exacerbated by program trading hitting stop losses on the way down. As more and more stop losses get hit, the decline becomes more pronounced. This is what happened to SERO on Friday.

My broker says he is comfortable recommending the stock to his clients, as he believes the stock suffered from overkill. Their analyst who covers this sector says the company is sound and will rebound later in the year. He says that SERO could easily return to double digits by Q4.

Hope it will help you make some money by taking the chance to load up
SERO at this low price.
