Hopefully there will actually be teeth in the legislation which will significantly hinder and punish peddlers, promoters, and penny stock companies who lie to the public.

Such dealers artificially pump up share prices with false statements and then sell them at hefty profits to unsuspecting buyers.

Oh my!! You don't think anyone might have tried to pump AZNT's stock price with false statements, do you?
