Hello Tech, seen you before on other threads, possibly UCMP? Anyway, I think you post a good viewpoint about this issue. It certainly is a "tough" one if you look at the surface. I see it as a good trading stock in addition to a keep and hold. Again, I've said in the past, this one is a contrarian and not indicative of the rest of the market or what SEG does. Weird, and never could put my finger on it other than quiet accumulation by smart money?? Hopefully I am part of that group even though I don't have the clue(s) "they" might have. Either that or it's just wishful thinking on my part. But, time will tell as with other stocks that weren't "in" favor for a while than rocket up before the rest of the herd catches on. When the funds start bulldozing cash this way, things will move back up again. I'm long at 17 and 33 (arrghh)...

Tech, as usual, QNTM does contra and goes up on a day like today? This happens repeatedly when there is blood on the NAZ, QNTM stays solid, or goes up. Not too bad volume, either. Obviously "some" buying, but by WHO?
