<<The person who is raping may be having sex, but
his victim is not. >>

Then what are we arguing about? That's the totality of what i am saying. The person who is raping is having sex, but his victim is not.

Sex is two sided when it's two sided, and it's one sided when it's masturbation, screwing a rubber doll or the neighbor's cat, or rape.

Of course you can always define screwing the cat and the doll and masturbating as not being sexual activities. That way you can say another one-sided sexual activity, rape, isn't sex, either. And at the expense of sense, you are consistent.

Or you can make a whole new category for rape, and say all sexual activities are sexual activities except rape.

I can't see why this would make anyone feel better, but I see that it is being done, so there must be some payoff.
