The HKSAR officials are looking like stock pros for buying 10% of the Blue Chip stocks when the Hang Seng bottomed. I still can't figure out the rally given that unemployment is still getting worse and the recovery has been pushed back.

20k will need 1. resilient markets in Europe and North America and 2. continuing recovery in the Far Eastern markets (Last night Singapore showed that it, too, is waking up).
I admit another 3k hike in 8 months is ambitious - about 18% - and many things have to go right. However for the time being I'm sticking to it.
