I think if Aber does lose this case it will make the 6 dollar paper that JK has been recomending look awfull expensive .some people will be ugly and cancel their prescriptions,So jk has to say these things to save face ,
I knew a large group that use to subscribe to Casey, cost them and me a lot of money.
These guys cant always be winners.when you start predicting the direction of these companies ,look out
A loss by Aber here could hurt the Diamond exploration in the NWT by getting those investors pissed off ,,lets hope WSP will get them back ,,

teevee,

I agree with kidl, JK is a fence sitter, and IMO has lost his credibility. But he appears to have inside connections, and a loyal gaggle of followers who push up any stock he speaks favorably of the day after,... but most of these stocks drop back after a few days( ie.MPV this week). Picking 100 stocks per year guarantees a couple will rise some time during the year,...wow! Any stock he speaks favorably of you should buy quickly, then short in a day or too. If he talks down a stock, short it for a day or two, then buy lots. At some point the gaggle will realize what is happening and stop buying his subscriptions, maybe????? At least he gives you a hundred stocks to do some DD on, and redflag in case they start to jump around.

As far as Aber vs. Winspear, it's eastern money vs, western, but the court is in the west. Lots of politics will be played. The bottom line to shareholders is, why fight if there is nothing under Snap Lake? If there is nothing, I suggest we shareholders get together and launch one big class action lawsuit against these two companies, and each director individually, for "failing to have any brains", and "throwing away shareholder money on personality conflicts".

I really wonder on this one. I can see both sides to the question. I do not know enough about the law however.

It depends a lot on the judge and the mood he or she is in. If it ever gets to court I would be surpriwed if any ruling is not appealed. I also suspect that the suit is one reason we have not been hearing news. Any news will affect how the parties feel about the suit and how important it is to each of them.

I also believe Winspear manipulates their release of information. This idea that anything materially affecting the Company can be interpreted many ways.
