USAB is no TRAC. (revisited)

You are right, USAB is much better. Let's compare. TRAC lost money in the last quarter,(paying for it's excellent new service expansion) USAB made .19 per share.(unremarkable as most offweb financial services companies had a great quarter) Trac has 3.1 million in the float, USAB has 1.4 (its only attractive aspect for these daytraders) TRAC is issuing more shares to raise cash. (no, but to compensate staff/insiders with well deserved stock options, operating cash is coming from new investor as per CEO interview 3 weeks ago) USAB is profitable and won't need to do that. The only USAB will get more shares outstanding is through stock splits,(how the hell do you know that?) which is great for it's investors. TRAC will offer online trading and stock quotes etc, USAB will offer a similar service but they will also be a full service bank with on line bill paying capability, loans etc. (most Real Banks do that already; I've been doing it with CitiBank since 1986, it's online discount Brokerage services that are the new game in town) I will give you that TRAC's website is more proven,(a gross understatement given it's elaborate web based Client application, and multimedia walk-thru system demo, and comprehensive infrustructure of modular push servers) but we'll see about USAB's on Monday. I hear it will blow away others.(yeah, and I hear the World will come to an end in 300 days, but you don't see me quitting my day job to go on walkabout) I think TRAC will do great but I think USAB will pass it on the way up. Maybe we'll both meet at 50 or so. (I doubt either stock will ever get half that high unless somebody buys them out) USAB has all the symptoms of an Insider engineered pump&dump. All you have to do is read Friday's press release a few times and note all that insider buying to become as skeptical as I.

AJ: I guess USAB is every bit as good as TRAC. USAB was actually higher than TRAC for a while until after it pulled back. But like I said USAB would be a great play today and see over 20 easily which it did even in a day where the NETS got crushed. ON a good day in the market USAB would have hit 30 or more.
For the record I sold USAB with a nice profit just because I think the market looks tired of NET Stocks. But USAB was a great play.
