It seems to me then, that we are in agreement about one thing: AXC will need new money from some source and soon, and if that new money is not seen to be forthcoming, our investment is in danger.

There is no problem getting money to TVotW. If AXC gets a direct investment it simply buys out the option for your 40m or whatever.

Re: Free Music. In the best of all possible worlds we may be entering on a period where musicians once again create their music for the love of the performance. For the love of the music and the response from their audience rather than for the money. This is a highly creative (by definition) group: I am sure another way to make money for the individuals involved can be created. What is happening is the creation of cults with musicians as cult leaders. The cult will figure out a way to support it's leader.

This last week of activity with Ampex made me dysfunctional. I've been getting ready to try to relax a little this week.
It's time to put the "fun" back into dys"fun""ctional, right? Still, I wish I had some Valium. Can I use owning Ampex as a medical excuse to get some script? ......
