I've noticed increased mention of the KLA in the briefings. Maybe it's just my suspicious mind, but I think there's a strong possibility a decision has been taken to make the KLA de facto ground troops for NATO, with covert support. It makes sense - NATO realizes they need ground forces to "win" this thing. They can't send US soldiers, so the KLA will have to do the job.

BTW, are the KLA still classified as "terrorists"? Or are they "freedom fighters" now? It's so hard to tell the difference.

I was under the impression that Yugoslavia had extensive chemical weapons stockpiled as a hold over from the Tito regime. I read it somewhere but can't find it again.
