Kingdom of Albania was invaded by Fascist Italy in 1940. King Zug scaped to Cairo and Italy used Albania to invade Greece! In 1943 Germans repalce Itlains as an occupying force. Albanians under Enver Hoxa waged a patriatic war agaisnt Germans and in 1945 established a communist regine that lasted for nearly 50 years! So, the anser is no Albanians were not fascists. Who were Fascists? Cetnics in Serbia, and Ustascha in Croatia were! Bosnian Moslems also a had volunteer SS Unit that worked hand in glove with the Germans!
