a pnlk target of opportunity...suppose a country where 40% of GDP is tied directly to international trading...where 3 million small firms account for 60% of that gdp and 80% of jobs...but these small firms account for only 10% of international trade...a country whose economy has gone from resource based to focusing on high tech,for example internet based, computer animation and environmental technologies..a country looking for trading partnerships and investments..Does this sound like a natural target for PNLK skills?
